New Tenant Deposits

Security deposits are refundable minus the following fees:
Administration Fee (Non Refundable): $250.00
Cleaning Deposit (Non Refundable): $150.00

Rent Late Fees

Rent is due on the first of the month unless specifically negotiated differently in your rental agreement. Late fees for late payment are as follows:
Day 1: $50
Day 2: $75
Day 3: $100
Day 4: $125
Day 5: No payment accepted. Eviction process begins.

Parking Violation Fine

It is important to respect the space of tenants. This includes their assigned parking. Tenants violating parking assignments are subject to the terms below. Guests and visitors are subject to towing at their expense.
Tenant Violation: Written Warning + $25 Fine

Eviction
